Getting Started in Chaos Jenga

Chaos Jenga is live on Roblox, free to play, and built for online multiplayer — not local split-screen and not a title waiting on launch day. Perhaps Studios (perhapseb) released it on 17 September 2022. Your first hour is a HUD lesson. Skip the island, the vote, or the two survivor wins, and the tower will look random.

Join with at least two players

Open the experience and look at the player count before you parkour the island. A round needs at least two people. Server size is 24. An empty private server sits in the lobby forever. Invite a friend or hop to a populated server. While you wait, glance at the Survivor versus Attacker win counts.

Lobby island is staging, not the match

You spawn on a hub island with a map vote, a timer, and two buttons new people treat as decoration: Become the Attacker and Respawn. The island is for voting and role requests. The match is the Jenga tower. When the panel opens, Classic, Moon, Volcano, and Winter appear. Classic is the fairest classroom. Moon changes jump feel. Volcano and Winter hide edges. If you have no preference yet, vote Classic, then compare the four on the map tier list.

Role assignment

When the round starts, one player is the Attacker and everyone else is a Survivor. You do not pick a class mid-match. If you want the launcher next time, press Become the Attacker in the lobby. Voice chat is not supported, so the button is the request. Survivors appear on the tower. The Attacker appears at a launcher with a ramp that goes up and down. Two win conditions, not one

Survivors win in two ways: last until the timer runs out, or reach the dark escape hole at the bottom without falling. Falling off is elimination. The Attacker wins by knocking everyone off. New players hear “Jenga” and only defend the roof. Look down after the first collapse. Stance notes are in How to Survive. Descent is in How to Escape. If you have the launcher, open How to Attack.

Read the HUD before the first car

The in-round HUD is easy to ignore while props fly. Clock the timer. Clock players left. Those two numbers tell you whether to sit a stable block or hunt the hole. Between rounds the lobby repeats Survivor versus Attacker win counts. Respawn is for a stuck island state, not a mid-tower revive. Become the Attacker is a queue request, not a live swap. Button notes sit on Controls and HUD.

PC versus mobile in the first hour

On PC you move with WASD, jump, and a mouse camera. On mobile you get a thumbstick plus jump. The Attacker launches by clicking or tapping after setting ramp height. Camera discipline matters more than cosmetics. If you cannot see the launcher as a Survivor, a train arrives as a surprise. If you cannot see occupied layers as an Attacker, you fire into empty air. Keep the threat in frame.

First-hour loop

Play three rounds on purpose instead of hopping after the first fall. Round one: stay on a block and watch inbound props. Round two: after the first collapse, look down and decide whether the hole is open. Round three: if you are Attacker, fire at people, not at sky. Then return to the guides hub and open the page that matched the death. There are no official promo codes to farm; the codes hub is the honest status page. Client extras are listed on scripts. Patch context is on updates. Launcher props — cars, trains, dumpsters, noobs, Tung Sahur — are ranked on the props tier list.

Your first hour is a success when you can name both survivor wins, find Become the Attacker and Respawn without hunting, and stop treating a fall as a mystery. Queue the next round with that list, not with a new server hop.
